The Hard Poem of Reality
I won't love you all my life.
That's just something to adorn.
A poem; nothing lasts this way,
Nor would a love last.
Every poem is, par excellence, exaggerated:
“ I will give you everything, the stars, the sky, the sea...”
This is not real life; it's wrong
Promise us things that are impossible to give us.
No, you will not be the only one, nor the last.
I will love many, many...
And I'll tell each of you to be the most cheeky,
And I will worship them as you worship the saints.
However, it is still for you that my heart throbs,
It's you I love, yet, and yet
They're still your poems you believe
Who will have your caresses around me...
So I still love you intensely
Of a feverish love, eternal and mad;
And I will continue to love you forever
‘Let this forever last just a little.
