Carnaval
For Sunday carnival there is no remedy
I lock myself in to try to escape harassment;
But suddenly I lack strength in my building:
What a bore.
I kind of accidentally find the door.
I walk through the long, crooked staircase,
And I finally find a dead light:
What do I care?
It's another apartment; and you can see
The candle lit, clearing over the TV
A voice calls me with desire, unintentionally
It's you.
A long kiss, the same sweat wets us
The darkness is still present
And I devour your warm body with fervor
And burning.
It's carnival; the folia rolls outside
I'll pack my things, my clothes, and I'll leave.
But I still want to see you, and why not
Now.
