I hope she likes it (and that you, who read me, likes it too) In the moonlight At night, the moon shines, Filling the firmament with light. I see the wonder and I feel the wind. In the soul, light mirrors In the shadows of thought; The soul is a moving spark. I wish I had, one day, the breeze of love! I am the son of agony and loneliness!... I feel like an island in a sea of dream and torment; My soul is daughter of a lament. On the wave, the boat dances Coming-and-coming from the sea. The night is young, playing... In the deep winds of soul, At the bottom of the ocean of loneliness, I feel the peace that soothes the heart. And then, like magic, I find the light of love, And I feel the dawn inside me.
