And so, after the reflection of the previous post, came another question:
"What does it really matter to me? Why do I so often ignore my own desires and am so impulsive about things that just seem attractive at the moment? Then I end up frustrated, even though I knew from the beginning that it wasn't all that."
Anyone else ever get caught up in that cycle? Have you solved it yet? What would your tips be?

I haven't been here in a few days. I was exhausted. But today came a strange thought and at the same time comfortable:
"At what point do we have faithful, sweet, self-care eyes? And why do we so often get hurt for something that won't be eternal?"
I don't know about you, but these questions keep hammering into my head. So, have you thought about it?

I don't want to talk about my next book today.
I want to talk about the heavy rain that made me reflect on the need to do a real internal cleaning. As well as cleaning the house and washing the forgotten corners that accumulate emotional dust, I realized that I often run away from bad feelings and avoid dealing with certain circumstances.
Today I thought about it deeply and decided that I want to address these issues to improve my well-being in the future.
My tip today is: "Have you thought about cleaning up your emotions and solving the problems we usually put aside?"

I write my books to feel good and also to touch my readers. I believe literature has a power to heal the soul. My goal with my books would be to bring comfort, laughter and reflections on life. That's why I love creating stories. They heal me in a way. What about you? Do you feel that the books you consume or write have this effect on you too?
We often get sick in exchange for something we don't even know if we really want to, do we? I started cutting up some things that made me sick myself. I'm not an example yet, but I'm trying to stop, listen to myself and feel what I really need. Every step in that direction is already a victory.
Usually, we leave some concepts aside because of the rush of life. But have you ever stopped to think that living on autopilot can make you cold on yourself? Many times, you only notice when the body starts screaming, asking you to stop and listen. And instead of taking that call, you still blame yourself for that? Maybe it's time to slow down and take more care of you.
I'm missing because my tiredness has hit hard, but I promise I'm determined to complete this challenge. I really want to reach him, and I'm sure I'll always remember my goal and move on and write all the time.
