Cage (microtale)
Tiê jumped over and over, he wanted to sing. Behind horizontal bars, he lived very alone. I wanted to fly to another cage. So red..

It's a game paper, a 10 note glued to durex, a key sauce and a 3x4 picture of the son.

“No! I don't like small talk. Blah-blah-blah, ti-ti-ti, lero-lero, told me. I don't care about any of that! And I'm gonna tell him that. I'm just gonna wait for him to finish counting that last one and I'm gonna talk. But... what if he has any more?”

It was her, but it wasn't her.
It was her, but it wasn't her.
The Coca-Cola from the glass bottle is much hotter than the one from the other packages. I think that's unanimous. But why? What's different about her? Does the packaging material change her taste?
Nowadays there are various types of packaging for sodas, beers and juices, but when I was a preteen, no. No cans and plastic bottles of all sizes, everything came in glass bottles. Beer and guaraná came in the 600 ml brown, while most other soft drinks came in the 290 ml, the famous KS.
At the time, we went to a diner, bakery or bar and ordered a salty and a Coke. When the attendant opened the bottle cap, the beak always had a rust ring. We didn't care, we put it in our mouths and we drank. Then it was time to take a bite of the salty, which came on an aluminum plate, on top of a rectangular paper and covered with two napkins.
I think the real differential of Coca KS is in the memory of other times, of happy times, perhaps even in the taste of rust. It may also be that mixing all this creates a more complex flavor: the taste of nostalgia.

Dream Streaming (part 2)
Mind Chip Corp was a mega complex: 5 buildings with more than 10 floors each. They explained to me that one was for research, one for administration, experiments, etc. I didn't pay much attention, I wanted explanations. I walked a few miles to the central building, the administration building. The “guide” that accompanied me led me to the elevator, pressed the top floor button and told me that I would be welcomed by the person responsible for this part of the company’s services. He liked to explain personally and in detail when the person had some doubt.
I was well received. The man, very well dressed, invited me to sit next to him on the couch, offered me a coffee. Of course I did. I needed one more. He listened patiently to me and asked the floor to clarify all my questions. He started asking if I wasn't curious about what other people dream. I said yes and he said that everyone has this curiosity and that they are willing to pay for it. Then he showed me some dreams and explained to me:
“- In fact, our main activity here is the implant of brain chips to expand the ability to memorize and acquire new skills by simply transferring to the chip. This is how people are learning other languages, school disciplines, among other things. In your case, you wanted to expand your ability to memorize and speak English. You came here saying that you had been able to raise little money, just enough for the coming tickets and back, because you were aware of our special condition for acquiring the implant at no cost, simply allowing the sale of your dreams via streaming, which is the responsibility of our partner Dream Stream. The card you are using is from the bank in which we deposit your percentage due to copyright, when you see your balance, you will see that it was very worth it. As for the fact that you don't know what's going on, it's a temporary post-implant amnesia, in a few days you'll be remembering everything. In addition, we wish you well and you will be very pleased with our services and products.”
Then he showed me the contract that I signed, images of me made by the cameras on the day of my implant and asked me to pass my hand on the top of my head to feel a small “face”, saying it is the scar of the surgery. He thanked me for being a client of the company and said he hoped I'd cleared up all my doubts. I finished the coffee, I said yes, I thanked you too and I left that place.
I walked the streets, aimlessly, trying to remember what had happened the previous days. I felt someone hitting me on the shoulder, I looked back and I ran into another “fan”. He told me he'd seen all my dreams. That you were a mess with your girlfriend and they loved it. I looked him in the eye, winked my right eye, pointing the indicator at him, and said, “Wait for the next season!”. I'll come forward again, walk a little further, walk into a coffee shop and order coffee.
